Buckingham Palace, the Official London Residence of Britain’s sovereigns since 1837. The staterooms of the Palace are lavishly furnished with some of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection. Make time for the Royal Faberge Collection before moving onto the gardens. The gardens have been described as ‘walled oasis in the middle of London’ the Palace’s garden is home to thirty different species of bird and more than 350 different wild flowers, some extremely rare. We end our tour with a walk along the south side of the garden, with splendid views of the  west front of the Palace and the famous lake. Price includes entry.

We visit Kensington Palace, chosen as the London home of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.  After a 12m refit the Palace reopens.  Three special exhibitions enhance our visit:
Diane's Dresses - many previously unseen gowns are on display.

Victoria Revealed - Queen Victoria's life story set in the rooms she occupied.

Victoria's Diamond Jubilee - a view form the crowd.

Longleat offers a multitude of attractions. Longleat House is widely regarded as one of the best examples of high Elizabethan architecture, and one of the most beautiful stately homes open to the public. Also visit the safari park – get close to lions, tigers and giraffes many of them the ‘stars’ of the BBC’s ‘Animal Park’. A great day out for all the family. Price includes entry.

We visit the town of Windsor during the celebrations for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. You might wish to take this opportunity to visit Windsor Castle for the exhibition 'The Queen - Sixty Photographs for Sixty Years'. Entry not included.
